Maroua is indeed an excellent point of departure for tours of the area, but if you should be on the road for several days, or you also want to get to know other places in the region better, you should choose a hotel in one of the following locations.

Relais Touristique du Logone One of the best addresses in Kousseri. The hotel is situated on the banks of the river Logone. The restaurant with large terrace and view over the Logone offers very good Cameroonian and European dishes. The air-conditioned rooms are simply furnished in Boukouras with shower / WC / TV. Campement de Rhumsiki The hotel is located at the entrance of the village with a large swimming pool. It offers a magnificent view over the mountains.
